Christopher Todd Communities Giving Away 2 More Homes To Qualified Veterans

Phoenix, Ariz. (March 12, 2019) — Calling all post-9/11 veterans transitioning to civilian life! Christopher Todd Communities is now accepting applications for its next rental home giveaway. “One of our greatest professional joys is to help make a difference in the life of someone who has stepped up to protect the freedom we enjoy as Americans,” said Todd Wood, CEO of Christopher Todd Communities.

In fact, the developer of innovative luxury gated rental home communities will be giving away two more rental homes in the coming months. With each luxury rental smart home community it opens, Christopher Todd Communities gives one deserving veteran a free home for a year, followed by two-years of reduced rent via its philanthropic program called A New Lease On Life.

One new rental home will be provided via the A New Lease On Life program at the new Christopher Todd Communities On Camelback, located near Litchfield Park on Camelback and El Mirage Roads. That home will be awarded before Memorial Day. The next home gift will be at Christopher Todd Communities At Marley Park, located in the City of Surprise, and will be available this summer. Applications for both of these awards must be received by April 15, 2019. These will be the third and fourth homes the developer has provided via its A New Lease On Life philanthropic outreach.

Qualifiers include:
The veteran must have served post 9/11 and in the process of transitioning to civilian life. Only E-6 and below Ranked Military/Veterans may apply.
